The Big

Creative Health

Survey

Creative health involves creative approaches and activities that benefit our health and wellbeing. This includes visual and performing arts, crafts, film, literature, cooking, and creative activities in nature. It encompasses innovative approaches to health and care services, introducing new ways of working that equally involve people who use health and care services, carers, and communities. Creative health values listening to those with lived experience and supports the growth of skills, knowledge, and education in the health workforce.

Why the survey

matters

While there has been previous research that map’s creative health activity, these have often focused on specific regions. This is the first survey aiming to capture creative health practice across the entire UK. Your participation will help create the most complete picture yet of creative health activity across all four nations.
